WHERE CAN WE GO FOR DINNER? 

Most of our guests are staying in Istanbul on a base of room and breakfast, they will have to find themselves a nice location for lunch and dinner. 

Of course they can have their lunch or dinner in the hotel where they are staying but what is more exciting and nicer: do your own exploratory expedition. * Zencefil : a special health food restaurant located in the Taksim area. This restaurant offers with its 8 years experience in a peaceful atmosphere a vegetarian card fully prepared with natural ingredients and light ingredients, the home made bread is highly recommended. Open daily from 10.30 to 22.30, except on Sunday.

* Nature & Peace: Since 1995 this location is very popular amongst vegetarians. Menus are changed regularly and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Ideal for those looking for healthy dinner alternatives. Open daily from 11.00 to 24.00

* Parsifal : This restaurant offers an interesting combination: traditional Anatolian dishes and dishes from the Balkan. For this reason the restaurant was awarded in 2000 a Best Restaurant Award by the International Leaders Club. Afternoon coffee with a delicious dessert is highly recommended. * Dogaya Donus : meaning “Back to nature”. As it shows from the name natural gourmet products are on offer for the eco minded customer. Products such as natural honey, herbs and herbal teas, olive oil. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is also famous for its fresh vegetable dishes. Open daily from 09.00 to 19.00, Saturday from 09.00 to 17.00, closed on Sunday.

The International Kitchen 

* Ŝarabi: In this enjoyable restaurant located at the Istiklal Caddesi in Taksim you can enjoy a nice glass of wine with a lovely dinner in an authentic preserved surrounding. It is constructed of three floors with a large selection of different wines. Downstairs in the wine cellar you will enjoy a large selection of lovely dishes. Open daily from 11.00 to 02.00.

* Caffe Della Suda : This establishment in the fancy district of Cukurcuma is specialized in breakfast, a large selection of Turkish, American, French and English breakfast dishes, but one can also enjoy lunch or dinner. Fancy and cool atmosphere. Open daily from 10.30 to 19.30, except on Monday.

* City Brasserie : This establishment is located in the shopping center Metrocity, a large selection of fresh pizza’s, salads, steaks and especially the grilled salmon with an orange mustard dressing is highly recommended. Ideal for lunch or dinner. Open daily from 10.00 to 22.00.

* Brasserie Leea : This brasserie is located in Nisantasi, ideal for cocktails, lunch and dinner. Supplied with a rich kitchen, salads, risotto, pasta, fresh fish, meat and poultry dishes are being offered. Desserts are excellent as well, especially the chocolate soufflé. A fancy atmosphere and an excellent service guarantees a pleasant time. Open daily from 11.00 to 24.00, except on Sunday.

* Kiz Kulesi (maiden tower) : With a history of more than 2500 years, a magnificent view and location where Europe meets Asia , an interesting experience to visit this restaurant. The restaurant and café is open without reservation from 12.00 to 19.00, as from 20.00 for dinner only with reservation. Live music on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evening. Open every day, except on Monday.

* Eddie’s : Just recently opened but already very popular because of its over delicious cocktails and unique Afro-Dizzy appetitive and menu’s, like noodle dishes, crab, meat and egg rolls, mango salad and highly recommended is the chocolate soufflé or the Alaskan Flambé. Turkse/Ottomaanse Keuken 

* Asitane : In this restaurant the Ottoman kitchen is on offer. The culinary culture of the Middle East , North Africa , Russia and Greece has been converted with influences from Central Asia , Anatolia and Europe . As a tradition recipes and cooking techniques were kept as a secret, but by searching in the registers of the Topkapi palace and the Palace of Edirne , Asitane tries to reintroduce the Ottoman kitchen.
